Transactions can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, and other approved payment methods. Minimum deposit is ৳100.

BD Rumana (bdrumana.net) is an international online gaming and betting platform operating under a license issued by the Curacao Gaming Authority. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between BD Rumana and all registered members.
These terms and conditions have been specifically prepared for members in Bangladesh and written in Bengali. However, the English version shall prevail in the event of any legal dispute.
These terms apply to the BD Rumana website, mobile app, and all related services. Any new features or services added to the platform will also fall under these terms.
BD Rumana reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For significant changes, BD Rumana will notify members in advance via email or an on-platform notification.
To open an account with BD Rumana, you must be 18 years of age or older. BD Rumana may request your National ID or passport for age verification at any time.
If any member is found to be under 18 years of age, their account will be immediately closed and all transactions will be voided.
Only one BD Rumana account may be opened per person, household, or device. Creating multiple accounts from the same person or the same IP address is strictly prohibited.
You must provide accurate and truthful information at the time of registration. Providing false or incorrect details may result in account termination.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password and login credentials confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account. If you suspect any unauthorised access, contact BD Rumana Support immediately.
BD Rumana currently accepts the following payment methods:
BD Rumana typically processes withdrawals within 5 to 30 minutes. However, withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.

BD Rumana may verify a member's identity before processing withdrawals above a certain amount. This process may require submission of a national ID, passport, or utility bill.
Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
BD Rumana offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus carries its own terms, and failure to comply may result in the bonus being forfeited.
New members may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus on their first deposit. To qualify, a minimum deposit of ৳500 is required, and the designated promo code must be entered at the time of claiming the bonus.
A Wagering Requirement (WR) applies to all bonuses. For example, if WR = 30x and the bonus is ৳1,000, you must place a total of ৳30,000 in bets before making a withdrawal.
The wagering requirement for each bonus must be met within 30 days of claiming it. Any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited once this period expires.
Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time. Bonus balance may not be used to place bets on side games. BD Rumana reserves the right to void any bonus in cases of suspected abuse.
Once a bet placed on BD Rumana is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed. However, if a technical error or incorrect odds are published before an event begins, BD Rumana reserves the right to void the affected bets.
If an event is cancelled or postponed for more than 48 hours, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded. For live bets, the result may be determined based on the score at the time the event was interrupted.
Maximum winnings per bet or per day are subject to limits, which may vary for special events. Full details are available on the payments page.
BD Rumana reserves the right to change odds at any time. However, odds on bets that have already been confirmed will not be affected.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on BD Rumana. Violations may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances:
If any of the above activities are detected, BD Rumana may immediately close the account and seize all balances without prior notice. Legal action may be taken if necessary.
You may close your account at any time by contacting the BD Rumana support team. Please ensure all remaining balance is withdrawn before the account is closed.
BD Rumana reserves the right to suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

Any dispute between BD Rumana and a member will first be addressed through the support team. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter will be handled in accordance with the guidelines of the Curacao licensing authority.
